Returns You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:
- Unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging (including any pouches, boxes, or certificates).
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Customized, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at vela@chinesejewelryshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
